Catalyst Recruiting Agency
Catalyst Recruiting Agency was our first Catalyst Recruiting company that we established in 2013 to help meet retail and restaurant hiring demand in the Austin, Tx and surrounding areas. We quickly scaled this to support clients Nationwide, making a ton of placements between 2013 and 2017 across a plethora of roles ranging from Corporate Directors to Field Marketing, Social Media Manager roles and more.
Catalyst Talent Vine
In 2023, we added Catalyst Talent Vine to the mix. Sunny, our Founder, realized candidates needed structure and support to prepare for their interviews. She has written and published a book called the Interview Prep Toolkit, a step by step workbook guide which makes it easy to study and prepare for an interview. .The toolkit comes with workbook, worksheets and flashcards.
Catalyst Career Studio
In 2023, Sunny noticed the interview prep toolkit was not enough to support candidates. They needed resume writing service, LinkedIn profile optimization and professional headshots. So, she purchased the domain and decided to come back to develop the idea in 2024, with plans of opening our very first Catalyst Career Studio.
